Nigerian TVET provider seeks a German training partner for train-the-trainer, curriculum alignment and a pilot in heavy equipment ETC
Kooperationsgesuch | EQUILOG Technical Services Ltd
Planned project
EQUILOG Technical Services Ltd plans to strengthen and further develop its vocational training programmes for heavy equipment, cranes, forklifts, welding and workplace safety in Nigeria and, in the future, Ghana.
The project is intended to start with a small pilot cooperation with a German training provider. Key activities will include train-the-trainer measures for EQUILOG instructors, the review and alignment of curricula and practical assessment methods with German vocational training standards, and the introduction of a credible certification approach for trainees.
The pilot will focus on practical, measurable results and is intended to serve as the basis for a long-term partnership and the gradual expansion of jointly developed training programmes.
