NSDC seeks German partners to establish structured apprenticeship and career pathways for skilled Indian candidates in occupations with verified demand in Germany.
Candidates will undergo skill-gap assessment, German language training and Germany-specific orientation in India, followed by employer-linked apprenticeship/ workplace training in Germany.
The programme will integrate Indian and German competency requirements and explore joint/stackable certification, supporting recognition, employment and career mobility in Germany and other international markets.
Indicative pilot timeline: 12–18 months.

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is India’s principal organisation supporting the Skill India Mission and operates as a Public-Private Partnership under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. Timelines:
0–4 months → Partner & occupation selection, Skill-gap mapping + curriculum + employer mobilisation
4–9 months → Candidate training + German language + pre-departure
