About the company

Gem & Jewellery Skill Council of India (GJSCI) is the NSDC-approved Sector Skill Council and nodal body for skill development in India’s gem & jewellery industry, covering diamond & coloured-gemstone processing, jewellery manufacturing, wholesale, retail and exports.

Requirements for the training provider

We seek German TVET institutions and specialised training providers, particularly within the jewellery ecosystem, with expertise in jewellery manufacturing, investment/lost-wax casting, CAD/CAM and manual design, CNC machining, metallurgy, quality assurance, precision/mass finishing, digital manufacturing and competency-based training / assessment.

Partners should support occupational / curriculum benchmarking, Master Trainer and Assessor development, technical expert exchange and WorldSkills capability strengthening.

GJSCI will nominate trainers, mobilise Centres of Excellence and coordinate Indian-side implementation.
