LSSSDC seeks a German TVET partner:
- Co-create "Bridging Courses" & dual curricula for Pharma Manufacturing, Bioprocessing, QA/QC, and Medical Device Technicians aligned with German/EU standards.
- Top 4-5 high-priority Life Sciences job roles – Pharma Manufacturing; Medical Device Manufacturing; Quality By Design (QBD); Regulatory Affairs
- Co-design & develop the standards for Trainer & master-trainer programmes to create pool in India (helps in scaling up)
- Support in establishing an Indo-German Life Sciences Centre of Excellence for initial trainings
- Mobilize German employers/clusters for apprenticeship of the skilled candidates

LSSSDC is India’s NCVET-recognized vocational education awarding body covering Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices and R&D Services.
Develops industry-aligned occupational standards with academic credits, curricula, assessments and certifications, supports apprenticeship, RPL and training-partner networks.
LSSSDC work with Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers (Dept. of Pharmaceuticals); Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (CDSCO); Ministry of Science & Technology (Department of Biotechnology).

Requirements for the training provider
LSSSDC seeks a long-term German TVET partner with expertise in Life Sciences, technical and vocational education, quality systems, and international collaboration.
The partner must support occupational and curriculum benchmarking against relevant German/EU requirements, provide German best-practice inputs, develop Trainers and Master Trainers, and strengthen competency-based assessment and certification systems.
Expertise in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Collaboration may include joint pilots, expert exchange, digital/blended learning, industry engagement, and workplace-oriented training initiatives.
