Standards, Curriculum & Training Needs:
- Assess industry skilling needs and benchmark Indian QPs/NOS and curriculum with German standards
- Jointly develop NSQF-aligned training in CAD/CAM, digital scanning, 3D printing, digital design and AI-enabled prosthetics.
Trainer, Assessor & Faculty Development:
- German expert-led ToT, Master Trainer development
- Assessment and QA methodologies
- Faculty exchange and virtual technical mentoring.
- Enable access to advanced laboratories, equipment and industry exposure;
- Provide expert mentoring, competition simulation and performance benchmarking for WorldSkills.

About the company
The Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) is the industry-led body responsible for developing competency-based skill standards and training frameworks for India's healthcare workforce.
HSSC collaborates with government, healthcare providers, academia, and industry to develop National Occupational Standards (NOSs), Qualification Packs (QPs), assessment and certification systems, and capacity-building programmes for trainers and assessors.
Through industry partnerships, digital learning, and international collaborations, HSSC aims to enhance the quality, employability, and global competitiveness of India's healthcare workforce while supporting the country's growing healthcare needs.
Requirements for the training provider
We seek a German TVET/training partner with proven expertise in dental prosthetics, digital dental technologies and industry-oriented vocational education.
The partner should have experience in CAD/CAM, digital scanning, 3D printing, digital design and emerging AI applications; support benchmarking of occupational standards and curriculum; provide expert-led training for Master Trainers, Trainers and Assessors; facilitate access to advanced laboratories, equipment and industry exposure; and support assessment, certification, WorldSkills preparation, faculty exchange and international technical mentoring.
