Vietnamese Recruitment and Language-Training Partner Seeking German Partners for Ausbildung Placements

Planned project

Vera Academy is seeking a long-term German partner for the placement of qualified Vietnamese candidates in dual vocational training (Ausbildung).

Vera will recruit and screen candidates in Vietnam, provide German-language training up to the required level, prepare candidate documents and deliver pre-departure orientation.

The German partner will provide suitable placements, coordinate with training companies and vocational schools, support employer interviews and assist with the Germany-side visa documentation, arrival and integration process.

About the company

Vera Academy is a Vietnam-based education and international recruitment company specialising in language training, candidate preparation and mobility programmes. 

We work with universities, vocational colleges and recruitment networks to source suitable candidates. Our team has practical experience preparing and supporting Vietnamese candidates for European programmes, including agricultural internships in Denmark. 

We are now developing reliable, transparent and long-term cooperation for German Ausbildung programmes.

Requirements for the training provider

We seek a legally established German training provider or placement organisation with proven access to recognised vocational schools and German companies offering genuine Ausbildung positions. 

The partner should have experience with non-EU candidates, provide transparent processes and fees, coordinate interviews and contracts, and support Germany-side visa documentation, arrival and integration. Reliable communication in English or German, compliance with German regulations and interest in a long-term partnership are essential.
