GIFT University Pakistan: Skilled Talent, Dual-VET, and Workforce Development Partner for Germany

Planned project

Development of Dual-VET and modular certification programmes tailored to SME needs. Leveraging Gujranwala's industrial ecosystem and our 'Education to Entrepreneurship' model, we will create a skilled workforce pipeline in mechatronics, IT, and logistics.

The project involves joint curriculum design, trainer upskilling, and establishing a digital skills hub. This will connect certified graduates directly to German firms facing labor shortages, offering cost-effective, culturally-trained professionals for nearshoring and BPO collaborations in Pakistan.

Requirements for the training provider

We seek a German provider to co-develop Dual-VET curricula (Mechatronics, IT, Logistics) adapted to Gujranwala's industrial base. Requirements include:

1. certified trainer upskilling (Train-the-Trainer) for our faculty
2. comprehensive syllabi, materials, and assessment frameworks aligned with German standards
3. internationally recognized certification pathways for graduates
4. quality assurance mechanisms with periodic joint audits
5. internship facilitation with German firms locally or in Europe.

Hybrid/digital delivery formats are preferred to maximize reach. Providers with prior experience in South Asian markets are highly desirable.
