Planned project

The primary goal of this project is to establish a high-quality vocational training center that equips Tanzanian youth with practical, hands-on skills, aligned with specific careers and trades.

With the support of vocational institutions from Germany, the institute aims to prepare students for direct entry into the workforce across a range of industries, while also fostering the competencies needed for self-employment.

Vocational education not only enhances employability but also ensures that graduates remain responsive to the evolving demands of the economy.

About the company

Yusta Educational Services Ltd is a registered Tanzanian company with over 16 years of proven experience in delivering quality Secondary education. The company also owns land in Mwanza Region, Ilemela District, located in the Nyasaka area: Plot No. 269, Block D (11,550 square meters) and Plot No. 300, Block D (8,724 square meters) plus farm land with more 100Acres for agriculture training in Sengerema District, Mwanza Region.

Partners should be able to provide:

• Technical support in establishing the vocational institute
• Curriculum development and training systems

• Provision of training equipment and technology
