Enseigne is developing a Tech-Focused Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TFET) model in Ghana that integrates emerging technology education, digital skills, sustainability, and entrepreneurship for young adults.

About the company

Enseigne is an innovation and technology education organisation based in Ghana focused on empowering young people through technology, sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship. We design practical learning programs that bridge the gap between education and industry. Our goal is to co-create scalable, youth-centered learning ecosystems and connect African learners with international partners for skills development, exchange, and employment opportunities.

Requirements for the training provider

We seek a German training institution with expertise in dual VET systems, digital transformation, and international cooperation. The ideal partner can support program co-design, provide German-standard certification guidance, assist in capacity-building for local trainers, and collaborate on the establishment of a sustainable Tech-Focused Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TFET) model that combines technology education with practical vocational training.

The collaboration aims to enhance employability, promote green and digital transitions, and align with international mobility pathways such as the Skilled Worker and Opportunity Card programs.

We also welcome partners experienced in Train-the-Trainer programs, international exchanges, and innovative education models.
