Ausbildung and German Language Programme in Bhutan

Planned project

We are interested in exploring two things:

1. To collaborate with a company or training institute/college in Germany to place Bhutanese students in Germany for the Ausbildung programme.
   For this we can conduct student recruitment in Bhutan, but we need support in teaching German in Bhutan and then placement with German companies or institutes.
2. Possible options to expand our training institute in Bhutan with the support of a German Institute to provide similar Ausbildung programmes in any field.

About the company

Ludrong Training Institute (LTI), was established as a small private initiative to support the capacity development of the Bhutanese population, both in Bhutan and abroad.

We train Bhutanese youth to be more capable and work in Bhutan and abroad.
We have a network of offices and local companies in Bhutan for training, consultancy, education, hotel and tourism with more than 20 years of experience.

Requirements for the training provider

Anyone with a willingness to work with a Bhutan company and on the Himalayas.
We are looking for both a technical partner and a co-investor who might be interested in taking the great German system to other parts of the world, such as here in Bhutan. We believe this will make Bhutanese youth capable of working here in Bhutan or anywhere in the world.
