We are looking for partners in China who will cooperate with the Heinze Akademie in the promotion and organization of educational programs for teacher training. The Heinze Akademie will be responsible for the content and delivery of the courses, while the Chinese partner will be responsible for the promotion and enrollment of participants in China.

About the company
Heinze Akademie a privately held, state-approved vocational and professional further training institute in Hamburg. The academy was founded in 1937. The institute always put its focus on vocational and continuous trainings in technical areas such as: Mechanical and Mechatronical Engineering, Aircraft Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Constructional Engineering. In recent years, in response to market demand, we have also developed courses in renewable energy such as hydrogen technology, fuel-cell technology and lithium-ion battery technology.
From the genome of Heinze Akademie surges the professional self-conception to continuously develop and work on its didactics. The institute does this by bundling its competences in a virtual think-tank organization where internal and external vocational trainers and teachers can develop their skills together with renowned experts on a regular basis. This think-tank since 2012 offers trainings for international teachers and has since then organized trainings especially for Chinese teachers both in Hamburg and in China.
From 2019, the Academy has been authorized by iMove and the Chinese Ministry of Education as one of the training institutions in Germany to provide teacher training for vocational colleges and universities. From 2019 to 2024, a total of 414 trainees were trained on-site in Hamburg. During the pandemic, an online course was developed together with a Chinese partner, which was attended by more than 1,200 participants.
Requirements for the training provider
- You are an institute or consulting company in China related to vocational education, or you are vocational colleges, technical colleges, etc.
- You are familiar with the needs of teacher training in China.
- You have a professional network related to vocational education.
- Relevant and successful program or course experience.
