Bahrain Polytechnic is preparing to launch diploma apprenticeships in 5 technical trades

Planned project

Developing the program structures and curriculums for the trades Motor vehicle, Welding, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing.

If we can use any available developed qualification that can be suitable for our marker needs or help us design the apprenticeship model in Bahrain with adaptation of any existing concept or model.

Also we are looking to expand to offer more programs in ICT and retails. the programs should be at diploma and higher diploma with candidates graduating from secondary schools at age 17-18yrs old.

About the company

Bahrain Polytechnic has been established by the Bahrain Government to address the need for a skilled Bahraini labour force, with the aim of supporting economic growth and diversification.

Programmes, qualifications and courses, and the underlying methodology of how they are delivered are developed in consultation with businesses, industries, professions, international education and training institutions. This strategy, set by the Board of Trustees, will ensure that Bahrain Polytechnic graduates meet the needs of the labour market, thus supplying Bahrain’s economy with a source of highly skilled graduates.

Requirements for the training provider

Design the program and curriculum materials, assessments and quality assurance. it would be good also if we can get certification or assign a partner or awarding body for our apprenticeship programs.
