The Complexity Management Academy offers a wide variety of services to build up and expand your complexity know-how. The Academy's work is based on three principles:

Understanding complexity - exchanging experiences - implementing solutions

Understanding complexity. With our open training programs, we give you the opportunity to acquire specialist knowledge at short notice and without obligation and to gain new input for your company. We value a good mix of theory and practice and therefore always include case studies and guest speakers from industry in our further training programs.

Exchange experiences. The continuous and targeted exchange in a strong network is essential to master the complexity in companies and to be a leader in future-oriented topics. This is why we have created the Complexity Community, a network of experts that enables you to learn from the best. In focus groups, the members of the community meet several times a year and discuss problems as well as solutions for challenges in Complexity Management, bringing in the experience knowledge of the Complexity Management Academy.

Implement solutions. Since every company in the large field of complexity management can be exposed to very specific problems or there is a need for a large number of employees to be trained, we also offer training courses specifically tailored to your company. In this way, a well-founded specialist knowledge can be anchored in your company for the long term and profitably.
