Corporate Profile
Sachsen Wasser GmbH is an east German municipal service provider for drinking water and waste water facilities.
We base our consultancy, operational and training services in all areas of drinking water and waste water on our practical knowledge. We share with our mainly international clients the transformation experience, from an inefficient and subsidised to a marked based and profitable public utility.
With our background, we are able to consider any situation from the operator's view. We assist and support our clients in all services associated to operation and management of water and wastewater systems - for example:
Consulting:
We provide a wide range of consulting services to our clients worldwide. Our main focus areas are the optimisation of water utility operations, the institutional strengthening, the implementation of energy management systems, the reducing of water losses or improving capacity building.
Training:
We provide training services in all areas of water utility management, both in our facilities in Leipzig and locally on site. Training activities are tailor-made for our clients. So fare we were training e.g. organisational, financial, commercial or technical topics. Trainings were targeted to management, administrative or operational staff.
Operation:
We operate efficiently water and waste water facilities for our clients, including e.g. local staff training, implementing maintenance strategies or introducing operating manuals. In order to achieve sustainable development and a forward-looking supply of water, it is essential to improve the operation of drinking water and waste water facilities.
It's our aim to achieve coordinated action thus producing significant added value for all involved. We look forward to share our experience with our clients to solve their present and future water challenges.
