Education and Training
Every year, some 120 vocational trainees worldwide start their careers at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG.

The commercial training programs offered are as follows:
- Industrial Management Assistant (with additional qualification in international business management with foreign languages)
- Office Communication Assistant (with additional qualification as Foreign Language Assistant)
- Office Communication Assistant (with additional IHK qualification in English)
- Social Security Clerk Regular Health Insurance
