Corporate Profile

Thanks to our close co-operation with educational institutions in the countries of origin, we have a large pool of highly motivated applicants for numerous training occupations.

You inform us, without obligation, of your available training positions along with the required profiles. If there are special requirements, these can be communicated in advance.

Through attendance at a German language school in their home countries, the applicants are prepared for their future tasks.

Depending on the training occupation and the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), the applicants must demonstrate a B1 or B2 language proficiency level. We verify language skills before any placement.

You sign a training contract with your future employee and have it registered with the IHK. After registration, we handle all the necessary steps for obtaining a visa and work permit.

We organize the travel arrangements for the trainees to your location. We advise and support you in the integration of the trainees.
