Indien: Deutsches und britisches Unternehmen kooperieren mit AASSC

Die britische GKN Aerospace India hat ein Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) mit der P3 Group, eine Unternehmensberatung im Ingenieurswesen mit Sitz in Aachen, und mit dem Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC) unterzeichnet, um indische Arbeitskräfte zu qualifizieren.

GKN Aerospace India, a global first tier supplier of complex wing and fuselage structures and engine components, has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Bengaluru with P3 Academy of the P3 Group, a company that provides management consulting, management support and consulting in engineering services, and Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council (AASSC), an organization formed under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and industry led initiative to skill Indian labor force.

The MoU was signed to promote Corporate Social Responsibility by enhancing the employability of the youth through the development of vocational skills.

Speaking on the occasion David Orth, GKN Aerospace India said, "It is a privilege for GKN Aerospace India to be associated with Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council and P3 Group and continue its proud history of supporting communities through its Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives." Prarthana U., GKN Aerospace India thanked Peter Immanuel, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council and the P3 Group for collaborating with GKN Aerospace India towards their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

As per the signed MoU, GKN Aerospace India will contribute to the project on Skill Training for Youth through P3 Academy under the complete oversight of Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council as a part of its CSR commitment. P3 Academy will implement the project through activities such as mobilization of candidates, rolling out of training program and placement of trained candidates.

Talking during the event, Anurag Sharma of the P3 Group said that they look forward to the partnership with GKN Aerospace India to support skill training of youth and this is a great initiative between two like-minded Aerospace companies that others can emulate.

Peter Immanuel, CEO of Aerospace and Aviation Sector Skill Council said, "It is a proud day for us to see two aerospace companies joining hands through CSR for the benefit of youth of this country. This is just the start of many big things for the two companies and we are honored to be affiliated with them."
