Fachhochschule und Iran unterzeichnen Absichtserklärung

Die Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) und die iranische University of Applied Science and Technology (UAST) unterzeichneten Anfang Juni 2018 eine Absichterklärung (Letter of Intend) über mögliche Kooperationsfelder. Ein Kooperationsfeld ist die Bildung im dualen System.

FHM-Meeting with Iranian embassy in Berlin

After the first meeting on Friday 31st of May 2018 in the Iranian Embassy, the ambassador Dr. Majedi has invited FHM delegation Professor Dr. habil Richard Merk FHM CEO and Dr. Hamid Doost Mohammadian Director for International Project and Iran Representative to join to the BIB conference in Berlin and attend in the meeting with Vice-Ambassador for educational affairs Dr. Ghareeb Nejad, Vice-Ambassador for economic Mister Abdoli, Vice-Minister and President at Technical and Vocational Training Organization (TVTO) of Iran Dr. Pakseresht,  Director General of the International and Scientific Cooperation & president adviser of the University of Applied Science and Technology (UAST) of Iran, Dr. Delavar and President of the University of Applied Science and Technology, Isfahan Headquarter, Professor Dr. Ghaziaskar.

After that Professor Dr. Merk hold a presentation about FHM, dual and tripple Programs, vocational training, study programs and etc and then after negotiations they signed a Letter of Intent between FHM and UAST in the possible areas of cooperation in terms of the following matters:

 

  • The exchange of students and academic staff,
  • establishment of short and long term educational program in dual system, vocational education and training (VET) and applied science programs in industry, agriculture, management and social sciences and culture and art,
  • establishment of joint educations centers in Iran and overseas,
  • organization of some workshops and conferences on dual system, VET and applied science programs, and internationalization,
  • joint supervision of applied research programs on dual system, VET and applied science programs,
  • establishment of technology parks, incubators and knowledge-based companies,
  • joint publication,
  • training for trainers,
  • establishment of some professional competency centers and standard development,
  • accreditation programs,
  • applied research and developing project like Erasmus+ -International center in Iran -Global SMEs - other agreed areas.
