Neu geschaffene Arbeitsplätze in der Arabischen Region

Katar, Kuwait, die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate (VAE), Algerien, Bahrain und Saudi Arabien sind gemäß Dr. Ahmed Luqman, Generaldirektor der Arab Labour Organisation, diejenigen Arabischen Staaten, die die meisten neuen Arbeitsplätze in der Region schaffen.

Qatar is among the top six Arab countries when it comes to creating job opportunities.

The others in the list are Kuwait, the UAE, Algeria, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. This was revealed by Director-General of the Arab Labour Organsiation Dr Ahmed Luqman at a meeting of the group in Cairo. Luqman urged Arab states to set aside 70m jobs until 2020 to accommodate fresh graduates entering the market.

Luqman also said that Arab states should reduce its dependence on foreign workers and accommodate Arab nationals. He said the Arab labour force is growing at a rate of three per cent, which is more than the 2.1 per cent population growth rate. However, it was less than the 5.1 GDP growth in the Arab world.
