Open Europe Consulting works for over 25 years as a consulting and training agency in Germany providing high-quality services to clients of various profiles (business, governmental, educational, non-governmental) throughout Europe and internationally. Within its scope of consulting it encompasses the following services: Internationalization, Training & Coaching, Education Export, CSR & Shared Value, Civil Society Development and EU programs & funding instruments.
Ms. Andrea Mewaldt, founder of OEC, began her consulting work in 1991 in Lithuania. Since then, she has been involved in the process of economic and social development in Europe and evolved the work with her team, clients and business partners. The OEC team incorporates professional interdisciplinary skills in the areas of business, management, politics, social work, education and law. Cultural and linguistic skills of the international team come as an add-on in international business development.
Open Europe Consulting stands for a program which can be realized only in open and mutually respectful communication and co-creation between stakeholders of different countries.
"We empower changes." OEC empowers the clients for innovation and change. It aims to expand its clients’ capacities encouraging them to carefully choose which kind of consulting services, training or practical support they need to implement projects. By many change processes, it has been shown that OEC successfully manages complexity of cooperation between different parties and cultures.
Hereby we would like to highlight our business field of Education Export including concept development and funding for the establishment of VET training centers. Internationally known quality management system
Open Europe Consulting has developed its own Quality Management System which outlines the preparation phase and post-training (evaluation) phase. The Quality Management System covers the following services: 1./ Training and Coaching and 2./ Education projects and funding. Quality Management in both phases is done in close cooperation with the service orderer and its relevant departments. Online survey are available on request via surveymonkey tool.
