Corporate Profile
ISW - Internationale Studienzentrum Wirtschaft was founded in 1988. Thanks to their professional background and experience - executive positions in educational establishments, international management consultancy, leading functions in politics for economic cooperation and political networking - the founders and the first employees were well versed in issues such as the internationalisation of vocational education and training and experienced in advising educational institutions.
The portfolio that ISW has to offer is reflective of this expertise: Developing curricula for T-VET, colleges and universities. Development of study programmes at universities. Introduction of dual education in schools and universities. Feasibility studies within the framework of education policy. Educational management. Transfer and training of foreign skilled workers and healthcare entrants to and in Germany
Our previous and current projects have focused on France, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Argentina and Serbia. A major project at present is the establishment of a dual private vocational school in Serbia together with a German education group. ISW's responsibilities involve the development of curricula (mechatronics, transport and logistics, tourism and hotel management), development of teacher training and company instructor programmes . In addition, there are planned projects for sub-Saharan Africa, Central Asia and Afghanistan involving topics of educational management, foundation of vocational schools, adaptation of curricula to dual education, curricula and teacher training.
