Education Forum Asia: Education as an ongoing process

Around 100 participants gained valuable insights into current trends and developments in vocational education and training in Germany and Asia at the Education Forum Asia on 28 March 2025. iMOVE organized the event together with its long-standing partner OAV - German Asia-Pacific Business Association at Ernst & Young in Hamburg.

Skilled labour migration from India: Business opportunities for education providers

On 24 March 2025, iMOVE had the pleasure of hosting a delegation from the National Skill Development Corporation International from India, marking the occasion with two dynamic round table discussions. The first focused on German language course providers tailored for participants in India. The second brought together key stakeholders in qualification and placement programs designed to attract skilled Indian professionals to the German labour market.

3rd German-African Forum on Vocational Training and Education

Under the motto "Boosting future skills and partnerships for sustainable growth", decision-makers from education, business and politics, including the education ministers from Benin, Madagascar and Nigeria, met in Berlin on 2 October 2024 for the "3rd German-African Forum on Vocational Training and Education".

2nd German-Botswana Symposium on Vocational Education and Training: Viva TVET!

The second German-Botswana Symposium on Vocational Education and Training attracted almost 300 participants on 13 June 2024. Botswana's Minister of Education, Dr  Douglas Letsholathebe, and a delegation of German training providers were also in attendance.

eLearning Africa: Education – Innovation – Transformation

From 29 to 31 May 2024, the global education scene met at eLearning Africa in Rwanda. More than 1,200 visitors from 82 countries attested to the importance of the exhibition and congress. The preceding iMOVE visitor programme was met with great interest and a positive response from German education providers.
