The iMOVE Provider database contains up-to-date company profiles of German training providers. It is open to all German internationally active enterprises from the vocational education industry. In order to ensure high quality, all providers need to commit themselves to the iMOVE quality standards.
The iMOVE Provider database enables international visitors to select German training propositions in a targeted manner on the basis of industry branches and key words. The broad selection of 150 branches has just been revised and structured in a more clearly arranged manner.
Along with iMOVE's website, the iMOVE Provider database was completely restructured in May 2011. Access was facilitated by way of clear structuring, improved features and a pleasing visual appearance. A particularly positive highlight of this modernisation is the considerable increase of applications for inclusion in the database: Compared to the previous year, iMOVE received some 50 per cent more applications for inclusion in 2011.
In 2012, 16 German enterprises were newly admitted to the provider database so far, selected from a total of 41 applications. The iMOVE Provider database covers a very broad spectrum of industries, as the newly admitted members show: the Germanischer Lloyd SE - GL Academy, for example, offers high quality training in shipping, maritime safety and security, energy efficiency and management systems seminars. STEAG Energy Services - online with their corporate profile since March - provide comprehensive training for thermal power plant organisations.
