Good prospects for continuing occupational education

The Wuppertaler Kreis e.V. - Bundesverband betriebliche Weiterbildung (Federal Association for Continuing Occupational Education) is the economy's association of the leading institutions providing continuing education.

With its annual association survey, the Wuppertaler Kreis analyses the development of the continuing education market on the basis of trend statements with respect to orders received, business outlook and development tendencies within the market.

The majority of member institutes associated within the Wuppertaler Kreis expect a significantly positive development for the current year. The business outlook indicator continuing education of the Wuppertaler Kreis increased to 124 per cent.

The most important long-term trend for continuing occupational education is the integration of the learning and qualification processes into the operational processes. Continuing education measures are increasingly conceived as an integrated part and motor of company development processes and the institutions providing continuing education thus are immediately involved as strategic partners of the enterprises.
