Vocational reintegration of women

On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth, the Sinus Sociovision Institute has published a quantitative representative survey on "Vocational Reintegration as a Perspective – Aims, motives and experiences of women before, during and after returning to working life."

The present study analyses which steps need to be taken in order to facilitate a successful return to the job market for women after having taken time off for their family. Apparently a host of factors decides on their success and failure on their way back into the working world. Among other results the study clearly shows that this return is closely connected to the compatibility of job and family.

The study (in English) can be downloaded or ordered in the form of a print brochure.
