Targeted strategic cooperation with multilateral organizations and regional partners worldwide will strengthen Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). What exactly is behind the "Towards a Global TVET Agenda" Initiative?

This is not only the case in Rwanda. Young professionals from technical careers have valuable skills after completing their training, but remain invisible to potential employers and customers. A simple measure was introduced to remedy this situation: 32 young professionals were given overalls with their occupation and contact details printed on them – with positive results.
