We are seeking Chinese vocational schools and companies interested in an exchange with young trainees from Germany

Planned project

Since 2024, we've led Lux like Ausbildung, a German scholarship for apprentices in diverse fields. It offers financial aid plus an educational program. A key annual event is an educational trip designed for cultural insights and mutually enriching exchanges. We aim to organize such a trip to China in 2027 to meet vocational schools and companies. We are particularly keen to gain firsthand understanding of advancements in nursing/patient care, auto industry, AI, IT, and communications.

About the company

We provide scholarships for students, doctoral candidates and apprentices in vocational training who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement as well as strong, current social and political engagement aligned with the values of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung.

The Studienwerk (scholarship department) aims to counteract social, political, and gender-based disadvantages. Therefore, when academic qualifications and social commitment are comparable, preference is given to women, individuals in financial need, and persons with disabilities.

Requirements for the training provider

Vocational training schools or companies with trainees that are willing to organize with us the visit to their premises, presentation of their projects and tecnological advancements, prototypes, etc. and also co-moderate the exchange between the apprentices/workers of the visiting and hosting groups.
