GERMAN-WIDE "Learning for life" survey conducted by FOCUS MONEY reveals a high degree of customer satisfaction
Germany has a wide range of initial and continuing vocational training services, and there is just as much variance in the quality, strategic approach and methods of providers.
In order to provide interested parties with a summary of the best providers, the consultancy firm Service Value has carried out a survey of the whole of the German market on behalf of the financial magazine FOCUS MONEY.
The main focus of a broadly-based investigation was to find out how satisfied participants are with the various providers. The "Akademie für Führungskräfte" ("Management Academy") was named "Best vocational training Institute".
For 60 years, the Akademie für Führungskräfte has been offering tailored provision which supports management and leadership staff in developing a management personality and in acquiring relevant qualifications.
The academy's comprehensive expertise and the success delivered by the systematic approach it adopts have been confirmed in the latest FOCUS MONEY survey, in which the Akademie für Führungskräfte received top marks in the category of "vocational training institutions".
The representative survey involved 8,000 respondents and covered 79 providers in eight categories. The crucial criterion was the degree of satisfaction of customers with the products and services offered by the individual providers.
Dr. Simon Beck, Managing Director of the Akademie für Führungskräfte, stated that the aim of the test was to provide a solid basis for selecting the right provider.
