The company provides vocational training and/or continuing education and/or operates as a consultant in the field of vocational education and training.
No bankruptcy, insolvency, or conciliation proceedings were filed against the company during the last five years, or were dismissed for lack of assets; no company liquidation has been filed in the commercial register.
All information and advertising materials, including websites and corresponding training measures, are truthful and do not give rise to any false expectations.
The company and its co-workers possess a high degree of quality awareness which is reflected in an internal quality management system.
Principles for quality assurance and development are available in writing.
An evaluation concept is in place to ensure the quality of the training/consulting offerings over the long-term. This concept includes regular (learning) success monitoring adapted to each training/consulting activity as well as an evaluation after completion of the activity. Activities carried out more than once are comprehensively evaluated at least once.
The company demonstrates proof of international activity.
The company ensures that internal organisational conditions are in place to accommodate international activities.
The international focus of the company is clearly defined on its website.
Information, including an internet portal, is available in German and in at least one other language - English and/or the language of the target country.
To facilitate communication between the company and international clients, English-speaking co-workers or co-workers fluent in the business language of the target country, are available.
The training/consuting offerings are neutral in terms of politics, religious denomination and world-view.
The prices, amount of time and the methods used in the services offered are in line with the market, geared toward the circumstances in the target country and commensurate with the (learning) objectives and interests of the customers.
The employees have the technical, methodological, personal, social, linguistic and intercultural expertise required to be able to perform the service offered in a custom-oriented manner.

The training institution also offers training offerings for an open group of participants.
Teaching and learning materials employed are current in terms of content, methodology and technology and are geared toward the needs of the target country.
Current market developments and quality requirements in the target country concerned are taken into account by the educational institution when preparing its proposals; a high degree of practical relevance is guaranteed.
Offers of educational services are based on qualified curricula and schedules.
Course participants receive a certificate of attendance or a certificate as such, which includes the title of the course, the timeframe, number of instructional hours, and course location. A certificate also contains significant information about course content.

The company has demonstrable experience in international vocational education and training consulting.
The consulting offerings, including those with a consortium structure, are placed on the website. International training and education consulting programmes are identified as such.
