Top training companies recognised in the automotive trade
Three successful automotive companies have been recognised at the "VET Meeting Place" event of the German Federation for Motor Trades and Repairs with the first-time awarding of the "AutoBerufe Award"—an automotive occupations award.
A day of celebration for 18 successful young carpenters—following successful completion of their part-time or full-time master craftsperson course, they were presented with their sought-after master craftsperson certificates in the glass annexe of the Franz-Eyrich-Halle. As mentioned numerous times in the speeches made, these will provide them with excellent future prospects.
Zypries: "Off to a great start with good training"
2017 was and is a good year to start company-based training. According to the latest training market figures published by the Federal Employment Agency (BA), by September there were 0.5 per cent more training positions registered than in the previous year. The number of applicants registered with the BA has remained stable compared to the previous year.
At the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, the "Training Ace" award was presented to Germany's eleven best trainers. The aim of the "Training Ace" award is to support and recognise outstanding commitment shown in preparing young people for professional life.
