iMOVE Survey on International Customer Satisfaction

iMOVE is conducting a survey on customer satisfaction with German training services and products abroad. We appreciate your opinion.

A survey among German training providers indicates:

 

  • The marketing of German training services and products offers room for improvement.
  • The German Dual System contributes to the attractiveness of German training offers.
  • 54 % of all respondents believe that German services and equipment in the field of vocational education and training are internationally competitive.

Answering these questions will take you approximately 5 minutes. It is online until 30 October 2014.

The survey is strictly anonymous. Only one person at iMOVE has access to the data. Raw data will be deleted after 14 months.

The survey results will be published on the iMOVE website and will be distributed via iMOVE's international newsletter. The collected data will be used for publications, press articles and seminars by iMOVE.
