TVTC projects will help in the implementation of construction projects.
It will also boost their operational performance while attracting
international agencies for independent operation of the new colleges.
Al-Ghafis expressed appreciation to the Kingdom's leadership for its
generous support in providing all possible avenues for citizens to play their
role in creating economic growth.
He reposed his confidence in
the new budget allocated for TVTC which not only provides services to the
government facilities, but also extends to strategic partnerships with
international training institutions specialized in the field of practical
training, with high efficiency that will help the rehabilitation of Saudi
national cadres to meet the needs of the labor market.

by encouraging innovation in technical and vocational training expertise", he
said.
He added: "It will also work to enhance skills training for
employees at these colleges that would reflect positively on the training
process and meet the needs of the Saudi labor market for a trained national work
force."
According to him, TVTC has implemented various
development programs, including electronic training, a system based on modern
training methods to deliver information to the trainee online in order to build
interactive training available everywhere and anytime, and promoting the concept
of "self-training", which is one of the leading initiatives of the
enterprise.
